Second Sunday of every month at The New Granbury Live
THE ROAD LESS TRAVELED
'A ONCE-IN-A-LIFETIME AND ONLY-IF-YOU'RE-LUCKY EXPERIENCE'
“The Road Less Traveled” is a live-audience version of the syndicated Defining Audacity Radio Show & Podcast, which inspires people to stop saying “I’ll just do it tomorrow” and pushes them to start living on purpose. For the two months, the show will be hosted at The New Granbury Live in Granbury, Texas. The live-audience show will run the second Sunday of every month from 2:15 pm to 5 pm.
This will be a ticketed event – designed to give singer/songwriters on the Texas Music scene the opportunity to share the story behind their music, while highlighting their unique sound.
Producer and host Drew Myers, who launched the Defining Audacity Radio Show in Sept. 2015, will interview these artists about their goals, dreams and aspirations. It will be the same concept of his wildly popular radio show that is broadcast on stations across the region on a weekly basis. (As well as his daily show on Real Texas Radio).
The artists will play several songs during show, and there will be some fun, audience engagement sprinkled into the 2.5-hour event.
“My goal is to give Texas music fans the opportunity to experience the same intimacy that I get when I bring these amazing singer/songwriters into the studio,” Myers said. “This is a one-of-a-kind event that puts the spotlight directly on the artists and their music.”
Part of the event will be live streamed on social media, and the entire show will be turned into a podcast. Excerpts from the live show will run on the Defining Audacity Radio Show & Podcast.
